- ➤ Multiple road closures began Monday in Midland when a lane on Garfield Street (Haynes to Winchester) and a lane on Neely Avenue (McDonald to Midland Drive) closed for utility work, and Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed to through traffic (Carver to Lamesa) until March 9. CBS7
