- ➤ Midland College will put a $450 million bond on the May ballot and host four town halls to answer community questions about the need for the bond and its effect on taxpayers. The sessions are scheduled for April 3—5:30 p.m. at Cogdell Learning Center in Spanish, April 6—1:30 p.m. at Wagner Brown Auditorium, April 8—5:30 p.m. at Wagner Brown Auditorium and April 10—5:30 p.m. at Cogdell Learning Center with Spanish translators.
