- ➤ Jeramiah David Hall pled guilty in the Wagner Noel front loader assault case and was sentenced to 15 years in prison for aggravated assault against a peace officer after stealing a front loader from the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center on October 20th, 2023 — court records confirm his conviction. - ➤ On Tuesday, Midland City Council passed a new ordinance that tightens licensing requirements and operational standards for massage parlors—aiming to reduce illicit operations. NewsWest9
- ➤ Today, the Midland City Council approved extra funding to boost water flow at the Paul Davis Well Field where five new wells already supply up to 3 million gallons a day. The project will finish upgrades by July and will add more pump power and advanced treatment to increase daily capacity to up to 10 million gallons for emergencies. CBS7
