  • Police arrested convicted felon John Houston Mcclellan in Odessa on April 6 at about 12:30 p.m. after a roadside investigation linked him to theft of cash, shotguns and safes in a case tied to gang activity—he faces charges of organized criminal activity and theft with a bond set at $295,000 and is wanted in Lea County.  NewsWest9
