Senior Life Midland is hosting its annual fan drive this weekend to collect 150 fans for Meals on Wheels so seniors can better beat the west Texas heat, and the event includes a car show featuring a 1926 Model T Ford.

Midland Health Services kept 508 appointments in May (2,628 this year) and administered 692 vaccines while completing 115 inspections; outreach included a perinatal Hep B screening on May 1 and a Spring Carnival from May 7 to 17.
