Airline passengers leaving Midland International Air & Space Port reached 704,803 this fiscal year with Southwest, American Eagle, United and Delta flights — a sign that the airport may soon set another record.

Midland ISD’s property tax rate for the 2025—2026 school year is 0.8415 per $100 after tax compression reduced the originally planned 0.877 rate.
