- ➤ Businesses and residents are affected by faulty water meters in Odessa as Derek Potts of the Potts Law Firm said 40,000 people and businesses have been overbilled—complaining of high bills with no response from the city. - ➤ Midland ISD reported that Child Protective Services is investigating an incident in special education classrooms at South Elementary as six employees resigned—while two others remain on administrative leave.
