NewsWest 9 and the Salvation Army are hosting a toy drive to collect significant new toys for local families in need, with donations dropped off at red barrels in Midland (and nearby Odessa and Big Spring).

The drive ends Dec. 12.

After a $20 million renovation, the Ellen Noël Art Museum will reopen Friday with new exhibits that invite local visitors to explore fresh art and culture.
