Good morning, Midland.

Hundreds of job seekers and 16 companies met at Midland County Horseshoe Arena today from 9 a.m. to noon at the Midland Job Fair.

Kim DelaPena of JobFairsNow said the event connected local talent with immediate opportunities and supported Prosperity Employment Outreach.

Midland’s final job fair of 2025 connected employers and job seekers onsite, offering immediate openings across key industries as the local economy slowed.

Midland Parks & Recreation launched a new facility booking system today that lets residents search, register and pay for facility rentals from parks to sports fields.

Powered by Rec Technologies (a recreation platform), the system replaces in-person registration to boost participation.
